At HGT Studio, we strive to deliver your customized artwork and products in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship orders for both custom artwork and items like bags, posters, and cards.

 

1. Shipping Methods

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers to deliver our products (e.g., Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.), depending on your location and the product.

2. Processing Time

  • Custom Artwork: Once you approve your custom artwork, we aim to ship it within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary.

  • Printful Products (e.g., bags, posters, cards): Products printed through our Printful partnership are typically processed within 5 business days. Once printed, they will be shipped to you promptly.

 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Custom Artwork: Shipping costs for physical custom artwork are calculated based on the size of the artwork and the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be sent to the customer before the item is posted. International shipping may incur additional fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Printful Products: For items like bags, posters, and other printed products fulfilled through Printful, a flat shipping fee of £5 will be added to each order, regardless of the size or destination. This fee covers packing, handling, and shipping.

 

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (UK): Delivery times for standard domestic orders typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the carrier and location.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination. Standard international shipping usually takes between 10 to 20 business days, though this can vary based on customs processing times.

 

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs procedures.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if previously requested) to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order until it arrives.

 

6. Packaging

All items will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition, and to prevent damage during transit.

 

7. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. We do not control these charges, and they may vary by location. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees before making your purchase.

8. Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damaged items for quality assurance purposes.

 

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to update it before the order is shipped.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or may not be available for delivery to certain regions. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

 

11. Order Cancellation

Due to the bespoke nature of the drawings cancellations are not possible once the artwork has been started. For our live wedding and birthday drawing packages, cancellations must occur before a month before the event date.
